Healthy Chocolate Pudding

No cooking necessary, no refined sugars, quick and easy.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender, and blend! Or, you can use a food processor.

  2. If you prefer, chilld for 25-30 mins in the refrigerator
